Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC required) who is passionate about working with children and open to a contract assignment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Michigan SLP license is required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Experience in school settings preferred, but not required Open to candidates comfortable working with K-12 caseloads Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Willingness to adapt caseload assignments based on strengths and preferences Reliable and flexible, with a commitment to consistent scheduling
What You'll Do:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students (K-12) Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Adjust approaches to meet individual student needs and support inclusive learning environments
