Middle School High School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Wyandotte, Michigan Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Wyandotte, MI Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan is required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) must be current Prior experience in school settings is highly valued Versatile and comfortable working with a variety of age groups, from preschoolers to high schoolers Strong collaboration and communication abilities to partner with teachers, families, and other professionals Commitment to fostering inclusive, accessible learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs and support educational goals Maintain detailed, timely progress documentation and comply with school and state requirements Provide guidance and resources to families and educators regarding student progress and strategies Contribute to IEP meetings, supporting the development and achievement of student objectives
