Job Description
Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist. For the past 40 years Thorne Crest has provided seniors with lifestyle choices from independent and assisted living to skilled care and rehab. With the recent completion of an $11 million redevelopment project, the community now offers a new memory care center, wellness center with pool and locker rooms, bistro and dining room, common areas, new assisted living apartments, parking garage and much more. Located in Albert Lea in southern Minnesota, our wonderful retirement community boasts clean, safe residential streets, a vibrant downtown and a myriad of shopping and dining options. SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.Education and Licensure:
