This contract opportunity near Anoka, MN, is designed for passionate professionals who thrive in collaborative educational environments and are dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Valid SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed, though Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply Experience working with pediatric populations and school-based settings is highly desirable Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and
IEPs Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational success Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with IDEA and state guidelines Provide support, education, and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language strategies Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the decision-making process for student success This contract offers you the flexibility to focus on meaningful clinical work while engaging with a supportive team of professionals.
