Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students for the upcoming academic year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to make a positive impact within the school setting near Plymouth, MN. You'll work as part of a collaborative educational team, using your expertise to enhance communication skills and support student development for the 2026-2027 school year.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Minnesota SLP license ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation Effective communication and collaboration abilities Comfortable working with diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students Assess students' communication abilities and create tailored interventions Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other related service professionals Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal standards Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based activities as needed
