Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Empower young learners as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) supporting two elementary schools approximately one hour south of St. Paul, MN. This contract opportunity places you in a welcoming educational environment, where you'll collaborate closely with passionate educators and help students achieve their communication goals.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with required state licensure or credentials Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and diverse delivery models (push-in, pull-out, small groups, and individual sessions) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering positive change
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs utilizing standardized tests and informal measures Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address articulation, fluency, language, voice, and pragmatic skills Document student progress, maintain evaluation and therapy records, and contribute to IEP meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive services and recommendations Promote positive communication skills throughout the school communities Participate in professional development and seek mentorship as part of your Clinical Fellowship experience
