Job Description

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs) Active SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credential in good standing Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting preferred Experience with teletherapy platforms is highly desirable Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and goal tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations Commitment to collaboration and inclusion in multidisciplinary educational teams Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized intervention plans within a school setting Provide direct and virtual therapy sessions to students across various age groups Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families Monitor student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed Maintain thorough and timely documentation and case notes Offer support, training, and resources to school staff and families Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for student growth Experience a rewarding contract opportunity bringing your speech-language expertise to a vibrant educational community.
