Job Description

About Us:
Therapy OPS is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SLP who loves working with children and has a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language therapy. Our team thrives on collaboration, supporting families, and making a real difference in the community. You will work alongside experienced pediatric OTs, PTs, and SLPs in a positive, flexible, and educational environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (built-in 3-day weekends!) Paid time for meetings, documentation, cancellations, and lunch
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Licensed to practice as an SLP in Minnesota Pediatric experience and comfort collaborating with families and other providers EMR experience is a plus Minimum 1-2 years of pediatric experience (CF candidates not eligible at this time) Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly desired
