Experience in schools, teletherapy, or pediatric environments is welcomed, and support is available for clinical fellows. Desired Skills & Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or pediatric care preferred Comfortable providing therapy both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Ability to conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Typical Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans customized for each student Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document results in compliance with school and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to achieve student goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to optimize therapeutic outcomes Maintain accurate records and progress notes according to professional standards Benefits include the chance to enhance your skills through diverse caseloads and ongoing support.
