About the Opportunity Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with elementary-aged students? We're looking for a friendly, collaborative, and motivated SLP to join a school-based team in North Saint Paul, MN! In this role, you'll help students build communication skills that support their academic success, social development, and confidence—while being part of a supportive community that values your expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys making learning fun, celebrating student growth, and partnering closely with teachers and families. What You'll Do Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) SLP license or eligibility Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility School-based experience preferred Comfort supporting diverse, multilingual student populations Clinical Fellows welcome Why AnthroMed is a Stand-Out Employer Competitive salary: $60,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience) Full medical, dental, and vision insurance (UnitedHealthcare PPO with $0 payroll deduction) JumpStart Salary Program - receive pay prior to the school year 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% (starting Day 1) Paid parental leave and 100% employer-paid short-term disability Bi-weekly team meetings and access to a network of school-based clinicians Ongoing clinical and administrative support throughout the assignment Access to therapy materials, CEU resources, and regular team learning sessions Get 100% reimbursement for all Licensure dues Interested in joining a team where your preferences and expertise can shape your role? to learn more about our current openings and find the perfect fit for the 2026-2027 school year!
