Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students' communication needs in an engaging, school-based environment. This full-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the chance to work with diverse pediatric populations while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Whether you are a seasoned SLP-CCC, an SLP with pediatric experience, or completing your CFY, your expertise will help students thrive.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Minnesota Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings highly desirable Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and current SLP technology Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and personalized intervention
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a range of communicative disorders Deliver services individually and in groups, both in person and via teletherapy as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school specialists to maximize student progress Document service delivery, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide consultative support to staff and parents on effective interventions This position offers you the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of children—while building your professional skills and network over a full school year contract.
