Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services within a school setting in Norwood Young America, MN. This travel position involves working with a diverse caseload of students ranging from 1st through 11th grade, offering variety and the chance to impact a wide range of ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades 1-11 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress following school and state guidelines Participate in meetings and provide consultation related to speech-language goals
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Minnesota license (SLP-A not eligible) Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language interventions Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a school team Full-time availability Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Ability to provide in-person services only (no teletherapy for this assignment)
