Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary school setting during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity serves Early Childhood through 4th-grade students with a manageable caseload of approximately 58 students and follows a 3:1 service delivery model, allowing time for direct therapy, collaboration, documentation, and planning. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning. Position Details Full-time (40 hours per week) August 17, 2026 - May 28, 2027 Early Childhood and 1st-4th Grade population Caseload of approximately 58 students 3:1 service delivery model Supportive school environment with collaborative staff Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure and appropriate credentials
