Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students across two schools Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs Document student progress and maintain confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support for students Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals Advocate for students' communication needs within the school community Engage in opportunities for professional development and mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year As you serve these elementary school communities, you'll cultivate meaningful relationships and advance your expertise in a supportive setting.
