Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Provide essential speech-language pathology services across K-12 settings for the 2026-2027 school year in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity offers an enriching role working in-person, servicing two school buildings with diverse caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborate with educational teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student assessments. Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and school staff to facilitate effective communication and student success. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the varied needs of students across multiple buildings.Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship status. Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred but open to clinical fellow SLPs eager to launch their careers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and organization to manage caseloads across two separate school locations. Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Location & Hours:
Position based in Ballwin, MO, requiring in-person presence. Contract role offering 32.5 hours per week during the academic year.
