St. Mary's Medical Center- Blue Springs, MO We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our hospital-based team, providing acute care and inpatient rehabilitation services. The SLP will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing (dysphagia) disorders in adult and/or pediatric patients. This role involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary medical team, supporting patients with stroke, neurological conditions, TBI, head and neck cancer, and complex medical needs, with a strong focus on dysphagia management, bedside swallow evaluations, and instrumental assessments (MBS/FEES). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice disorders, and language comprehension. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other relevant professionals. Maintain detailed records of patient evaluation, treatment, and progress. Educate clients and family members about communication strategies. Stay updated on clinical research and advances in speech-language pathology. You must have:

Graduate of an accredited college or university with Bachelor's in Speech Therapy Licensed by the state in Speech-Language Pathology Current BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current Additional Qualifications That Are a
