Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work in the school setting to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. Locally owned contracting company looking for an SLP to provide services in Calhoun, MO. Servicing school age children at Monaco Success Academy. We offer some of the most competitive pay in the area! This position is part time (2 days a week) Pay is $83 an hour. Duties Evaluate and assess patients' speech, language, and communication abilities through standardized tests and observational methods. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and social communication skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Provide education and support to families and staff regarding speech development and therapy techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology. Experience A degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required. Must hold current Missouri License. CF's are welcome to apply. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and patient assessment is essential for effective practice. Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with speech delays or disorders is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams are necessary for success in this role.
