Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity - Fenton, MO (Contract Position) Seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to serve K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, contract role offers an excellent chance to work across two school buildings providing direct therapy services in a supportive educational environment.
Location:
Fenton, Missouri Schedule & Caseload:
32.5 hours per week K-12 caseloads available Services will be delivered in-person Work across two school buildings
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible to practice in school settings Comfort and experience working with a diverse range of pediatric speech and language disorders Ability to manage individualized caseloads effectively across multiple grade levels Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with educators and families
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement speech-language therapy for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to each student's needs
