This is a part-time contract role ideal for a clinician looking for a predictable daytime schedule and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an adult inpatient setting.

Schedule:
Up to 24 hours per week. Hours are worked between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (No weekends or evenings required). Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy evaluation and treatment services. Administer advanced, licensed clinical treatments to address speech, language, and swallowing impairments in adults referred by physicians. Perform comprehensive evaluations, establish clear clinical goals, and design individualized speech therapy treatment programs. Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing functions utilizing appropriate diagnostic testing. Interpret diagnostic findings clearly for medical professionals, consumers, and appropriate caregivers. Ensure all clinical services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and effective manner. Complete precise documentation in strict accordance with state agency guidelines and policies. Determine the necessity for external referrals to medical specialists, dentists, or counselors when required. Qualifications & Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Missouri. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in an inpatient, psychiatric, or hospital setting is a plus. Strong documentation skills and adherence to state regulatory standards. #
