PRN DESCRIPTION
: Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) Kingdom Care Senior Living is seeking a Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our Home Care team! This an in-house position, where the SLP will be responsible for the implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to the written plan of care established by the physician.
Responsibilities:
Conducts appropriate evaluative procedures, including swallowing evaluations upon physician's referral, assesses home environment (as appropriate), and identifies equipment needs relative to speech/language function. Identifies speech defects and establishes goals and plan of care to improve patient's function and participates in the development of the plan of care. Administers speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment. Maintains and processes all documentation in compliance with agency standards utilizing the electronic medical record-keeping system. Submits all clinical documentation, time records and other information in the required time frame.

Qualifications:
Licensed and Registered Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of employment. Have reliable transportation and willing to commute to provide the best in-home patient care. Basic knowledge of iOs operating system.
Pay:
$50.00 - $66.00 per hour
