Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication needs in a vibrant educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time contract opportunity begins August 24, 2026, and extends through June 10, 2027, including Extended School Year (ESY) dates. You'll work primarily with students ages 3-18 with a mixed caseload, mostly mild to moderate needs, providing exceptional speech-language services across three different locations. This role offers a competitive pay range of $40-52 per hour, depending on experience.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY); SLPA applicants considered with the flexibility to work three days weekly for supervision Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings preferred Skill in delivering teletherapy, as well as in-person interventions Strong collaboration and communication abilities with school staff and families Comfort managing a mixed-gravity caseload with children and adolescents
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ages 3-18 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and session goals Deliver therapy both in-person and virtually, ensuring access and progress for all students served Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Document progress and maintain detailed records according to school and state guidelines Travel between assigned school locations as needed This position offers a consistent schedule: 7.5 hours per day, two days per week (or three if working as an SLPA under supervision), allowing for a rewarding work-life balance while making a difference in multiple school communities.
