As part of the Ferguson-Florissant "New Chapter," you will be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team. Role Summary As an ECSE Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in our youngest scholars (ages 3-5) with identified special education needs. You will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that focus on speech sound production, language acquisition, fluency, and social communication. Working in a collaborative, play-based environment, you will empower both students and their families with the strategies needed for lifelong communicative success. Why You'll Succeed (Qualifications)
Certified Professional:
Valid Missouri Teaching Certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
Clinical Excellence:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required). The "CFY"

Diagnostic Leadership:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for ECSE services and provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and parents.
Collaborate & Consult:
Partner with ECSE Teachers, OTs, PTs, and behavior specialists to provide a holistic "Whole Child" approach to development.
Empower Families:
Train parents and caregivers on "home-base" strategies to support language development outside the classroom.
Stay Precise:
Maintain high standards for IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and Medicaid billing to ensure student services are fully supported. Your Leadership Partners

Salary:
Based on the Teacher Salary Schedule (Plus any applicable stipends for CCCs, per district policy).
