Role Summary As an ECSE Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in our youngest scholars (ages 3-5) with identified special education needs. You will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that focus on speech sound production, language acquisition, fluency, and social communication. Working in a collaborative, play-based environment, you will empower both students and their families with the strategies needed for lifelong communicative success. Certified Professional:

Valid Missouri Teaching Certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

Clinical Excellence:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required). The "CFY"

Train parents and caregivers on "home-base" strategies to support language development outside the classroom.

Stay Precise:

Salary:

Based on the Teacher Salary Schedule (Plus any applicable stipends for CCCs, per district policy).
