August 2026 About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Raytown, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development while working in a collaborative, supportive educational environment. Position Overview As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students in achieving academic and social success. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct and indirect speech/language therapy services Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Missouri SLP license (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development and continuing education opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to resources, materials, and mentorship Opportunities for career growth within the district

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
