Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an engaging school-based setting as a full-time SLP or SLPA, supporting students from preschool to 5th grade for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract role provides the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout an entire school year, working collaboratively with educators and families to foster communication growth in young learners.
Skills and Qualifications:
Active license or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA Clinical experience in pediatrics, preferably with preschool and elementary-aged children School-based experience is a plus Strong collaboration and communication abilities Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Compassionate, team-player mindset, committed to student success
Position Responsibilities:
Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs, developing appropriate intervention goals Deliver therapy services individually or in small groups across the preschool-5th grade caseload Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district requirements Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP meetings and to advocate for student needs Offer consultative support to instructional staff on ways to facilitate effective communication in the classroom
