Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders SLP-CCC credential required Eligibility for Mississippi SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain) Previous K-12 experience preferred, but not required Solid communication and documentation skills Adaptability and collaborative mindsetPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to a caseload of 60-70 K-12 students across two school sites Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop/implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) Engage and consult with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators for holistic student support Maintain accurate records and progress reports Participate in school meetings, trainings, and parent conferencesOutstanding Perks:
