Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference supporting K-12 students as a contracted speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! This opportunity is ideal for experienced SLP-CCC professionals eager to work directly with a diverse student population across two school sites near Pattison, MS. With a focus on collaboration and positive student outcomes, you'll provide essential therapy and communication support, contributing to each child's academic and social success.
Role Highlights:
Two full-time contract openings for certified SLP-CCC professionals 40 hours per week with a manageable caseload of approximately 60-70 students (K-12) Split responsibilities between two nearby sites for a varied experience Interviews will begin in early June—secure your role for the upcoming school year now!Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Mississippi Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with K-12 populations Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsKey Responsibilities:
