Job Description
Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy | Butte, MT + surrounding areas Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is a growing, trauma-informed pediatric therapy practice providing in-home and community-based services across Montana. We are currently seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to provide high-quality care without clinic burnout. Why You'll Love Working With Us Flexible schedule & manageable caseloads One-on-one treatment (no double booking) In-home & community-based sessions Supportive leadership that values work-life balance Sign-on or relocation bonus available What You'll Do Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, feeding, and social communication needs Create individualized, play-based treatment plans Provide therapy in natural environments (home, daycare, community) Collaborate with OT, PT, caregivers, and medical providers Provide parent education and carryover strategies Complete timely, ethical documentation Who We're Looking For Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
