Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SLP to join our team! The ideal candidate would be trained in feeding/swallowing disorders. We have built in paperwork time, run on 40 minute sessions, weekly staff meetings for collaboration between OT, PT and SLP. We offer base pay and monthly bonus incentives! Come join us! We are a well-established private practice (initially started in 2011 as a home therapy business which expanded into 3 clinics located in Columbia Falls, Eureka and Kalispell, MT), that us well respected, and growing. This private practice is a Montana owned company, with 18 employees.

Our expectations:
Treatment of all patients ethically and respectfully. A commitment to guide, motivate and encourage each patient and their family in their individual journey toward rehabilitation/habilitation. Ability to work with caregivers in the sessions and communicate effectively with our multidisciplinary team. A holistic perspective and will be able to adapt the environment to fit the family/patient. Experience in private practice and with feeding/swallowing deficits preferred but not required.

Healthy Beginnings Pediatric Therapy serves children ages 0-18 years of age with one-on-one care for the child and the family with a high population of children between 2-5 years of age. Our mission is to provide holistic family centered care to children with developmental needs utilizing evidence based practice combined with clinical expertise. We currently specialize in feeding/swallowing, speech/language and AAC needs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited SLP program. Current Montana SLP license (or eligible). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
