Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role where you'll help students find their voices—literally and figuratively! This onsite contract opportunity near Laurel, MT is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive in a supportive school environment and believe in the power of in-person therapy. Your expertise will make a lasting impact on young learners, collaborating with educators and families to foster student success.
Qualifications/Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid
SLP - CCC
certification Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain Strong background in school-based or pediatric SLP services Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Adaptable, patient, and dedicated to progress in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP requirements Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Regularly collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support individual student goals Develop and update treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development as needed Promote an inclusive and inspiring learning environment for all students
