Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving K-12 students. This contract position is based in Andrews, NC, with a start date of August 17, 2026, and an end date of May 21, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines. Deliver services within contracted hours with no additional district duties such as bus duty or parent pickup.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist Certification (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or equivalent). Experience working in school settings preferred. Ability to manage caseload effectively in an educational environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
Guaranteed hours ensure a consistent schedule and workload. Compensation includes pay for both direct and indirect services. Travel therapists are eligible for stipends to support their assignments.
