Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Current and active SLP license in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Prior pediatric or elementary school caseload experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and tailor interventions to meet student needs Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and special education staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress records according to school guidelines
