Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a positive difference in the lives of students by delivering exceptional speech-language services in a K-12 school setting. This contract opportunity lets you use your expertise to support student growth and learning, working collaboratively with educators and other professionals. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid
SLP - CCC
(Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA Current state license or the ability to obtain one before starting Prior school-based experience is highly valued, but strong clinical SLP backgrounds will be considered Solid communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual student needs Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide tailored, evidence-based speech and language therapy to help students achieve their communication goals Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines Educate and support teachers and families to reinforce therapy strategies in the classroom and at home Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities Imagine yourself shaping student confidence, supporting educational access, and building lasting relationships in a rewarding school environment.
