Licensed Certified School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Concord, North Carolina Soliant - 3.9 Concord, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Working with individuals with speech impairments Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP-CCC certification and valid licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Strong ethical standards and a passion for making a positive differenceWhat You'll Do:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary students Develop personalized therapy plans and deliver individual and group sessions aligned with IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support each child's progress Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records as required by school policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for student support planning Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development What toExpect:
