Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a diverse K-12 population. This position starts in August and offers consistency throughout the academic year, allowing you to make a lasting impact on students' communication and educational progress. Key Qualifications:
Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in North Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Commitment to serving students onsite (virtual roles are not available for this position)
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Evaluate, assess, and document individual needs and progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs Maintain timely and accurate case records and progress reports Offer support and consultation to school staff on speech-language issues Foster positive student relationships and support a strengths-based learning environment
