Job Description

  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services within a school setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and delivering therapy services to support students' communication needs. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive, effective care.
  • Schedule & Assignment Details:
  • + 37.
5 hours per week + Monday - Friday (school-based schedule) + 9-month school-year contract +
Start Date:
August 17, 2026 + Opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school settings + In-person role (not open to virtual candidates)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans + Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs and physician orders + Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams + Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and documentation + Maintain accurate and compliant records within required systems + Manage workload effectively across therapy, evaluations, and administrative responsibilities •
Work Model:
  • + Caseloads are managed using a workload-based model + Responsibilities include therapy, evaluations, meetings, documentation, and collaboration + Services vary depending on student needs (frequency and duration) + Schedule flexibility with the ability to organize your own schedule (subject to approval) + May support multiple school sites within a local area
  • Qualifications:
  • + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required) + Strong understanding of school-based therapy and IEP processes + Excellent organizational and communication skills + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening or chest x-ray (if required) + Current health certificate (per state or contract requirements) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age •What to
