Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school environment. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional skilled in supporting students' communication and language needs. Utilizing your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and help them reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Active state licensure as required for SLP practice Previous experience delivering services in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within educational teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Provide direct therapy services to students with speech-language delays or disorders Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and contribute to a positive learning environment You'll thrive in a supportive setting where your skills have a direct impact.
