Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in North Carolina. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required. Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Deliver therapy sessions, track outcomes, and document student development. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
