Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist in a vibrant North Carolina school setting, supporting students across K-12 grades. This full-time contract opportunity offers a chance to make a real impact throughout the academic year, beginning July 27, 2026 and concluding June 4, 2027. Whether you're an experienced SLP with your CCC or a dedicated Clinical Fellow eager to gain hands-on experience, your expertise will help students reach their fullest communication potential.
What we seek:
North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow Demonstrated experience or coursework in school-based SLP services Commitment to providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy Ability to work with diverse K-12 student populations Strong collaboration and communication abilities, engaging with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Your role will involve: Assessing, screening, and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Developing and implementing targeted therapy plans for students, adapting methods to each individual's unique needs Participating in IEP meetings and advising teachers, staff, and families Maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school procedures Collaborating with colleagues and school professionals to foster a supportive learning environment Enjoy a robust suite of healthcare benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring your peace of mind while you focus on student success.
