Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech therapy within schools or healthcare settings Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and individualized education programs (IEPs) Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Effective collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide direct therapy services to children with diverse speech and language needs Document student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school policies Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals into the classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to support student success
