Join our rehab team with a focus on Transitional Rehabilitation™ which is our comprehensive rehabilitation approach. This initiative takes advantage of our private rooms and specializes in short-stay recovery after surgery or other illness. We collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides. Our facility is located minutes from the hospital and the medical office park. We offer a warm, inviting, home-like and comfortable environment, with a commitment to meeting the wants, needs and wishes of all who walk through our doors.

• Provide evidenced based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting to both post-acute, and long-term care patients
• Looking for PRN applicants
• Schedule is flexible; department is open from 6am-8pm, 7 days/week
• Collaborate and work in a team setting with other excellent clinicians and restorative nursing staff
