Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by bringing your speech-language pathology expertise to a dynamic school-based setting near Raleigh, NC! We are seeking a dedicated SLP-CCC for an on-site, part-time contract assignment, supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year. Interviews are scheduled for the week of June 22nd, so don't miss this opportunity to use your skills where they're needed most.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Valid professional license and educator certificate for North Carolina Minimum of one year of previous experience in a school-based setting Must obtain an NPI number and register with NC Tracks prior to start date Completion of DCDEE fingerprinting No CFY candidates at this time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to students as assigned (specific schools and caseload details to be finalized) Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school environment Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participate in staff meetings, IEP processes, and ongoing professional development This role offers a flexible, part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week, starting July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Assignments and student age groups will be determined before your start date, ensuring you can make the greatest impact across the schools you support.
