Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist providing support for elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract-based position runs from August 6, 2026, through May 25, 2027, and offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on student growth and communication development.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure (CCC or CFY) Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged students in school settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff Expertise in providing both direct therapy and indirect consultative services Organized, flexible, and committed to student progress
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and school requirements Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to foster student success Provide therapy services within guaranteed weekly hours, with clear separation from non-therapy duties—no bus or parent pick-up responsibilities outside your contracted time Engage in both direct and indirect service activities that support communication development
