Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this engaging position, you'll work collaboratively with school staff to help children achieve their communication goals, making a tangible difference every day. Preferred Background & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged to apply Experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools Familiarity with IEP documentation and participation in multidisciplinary teams Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms and in-person as needed Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success Maintaining thorough records, progress notes, and contributing to IEP meetings Providing both group and individual therapy Engaging in teletherapy services when required Staying current with best practices and ongoing professional development
