Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. The ideal candidate holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, brings strong clinical knowledge, and demonstrates enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in the state of North Carolina Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Previous experience supporting students in school environments preferred Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with students, staff, and families Adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet student-specific needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students, based on IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Maintain accurate records, data, and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and compliance processes This position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise makes a visible impact every day.
