Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Active SLP-CCC and valid state licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compassionate, flexible, and eager to adapt to new learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs for students Provide direct therapy and intervention in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development Maintain clear documentation in compliance with regulations
