Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Travel Provide specialized speech-language pathology (SLP) therapy services within a supportive rural healthcare setting known for its long-standing commitment to community wellness. This travel position offers the unique opportunity to work at a critical access hospital and rural health clinic that has served its North Dakota community for over 65 years, blending professional care with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards Educate patients and family members about therapy goals and techniques
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid and active SLP licensure for the state of North Dakota Experience working in hospital or acute care settings preferred Strong assessment and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and clinical challenges Willingness to travel and engage with rural healthcare communities
