Job Description

Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services. Pediatric Partners is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team in Fargo, ND, serving individuals across the lifespan. This is a great opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates to grow their careers while making meaningful change for children and families. What You'll Do As a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of communication and developmental needs.
Responsibilities include:
Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans Provide skilled, evidence-based speech-language therapy services Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Coordinate care and communicate pertinent clinical information across care teams Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy Perform other related duties as assigned What You'll Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred, if applicable) Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment Physical Requirements This position requires medium work , including exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
