This individual will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing therapy services to patients across the lifespan. Why Join the Team Comprehensive benefits package 100% retirement match up to 6% (403b) Employer-supported education and training opportunities Child Care Subsidy Program Complimentary wellness center membership Employee recognition and service award programs Branded clothing provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Supportive and collaborative culture Strong commitment to work-life balance Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment & Treatment Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments for patients of all ages Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical findings Provide speech therapy interventions focused on improving speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing function Support patients in improving social interaction and communication abilities Patient & Family Education Educate patients and family members regarding treatment goals, progress, and home strategies for continued improvement Provide compassionate support and guidance throughout the therapy process Documentation & Care Coordination Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care discussions Professional Development & Clinical Excellence Stay current with speech therapy best practices, treatment techniques, certifications, and clinical standards Maintain professional, ethical, and patient-centered care standards at all times Qualifications Required Education & Licensure Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) BLS Certification Experience Two years of speech therapy experience preferred Experience treating patients across the lifespan preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Technical & Professional Skills Strong understanding of speech therapy principles, techniques, and outpatient care practices Knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information Ability to multitask effectively within busy clinical environments Ideal Candidate Profile Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic Strong communicator and collaborative team player Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities Professional, organized, and committed to high-quality patient care MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
