They're hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative clinical team and help patients improve speech, language, communication, cognition, and swallowing function. This is a strong opportunity for both: Experienced SLPs looking for a stable full-time role New graduates looking for the right team, training, and support to start their career Candidates open to relocating, with relocation assistance available for the right person You'll work with a diverse patient population, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and have the resources to provide care the right way. What You'll Be Doing Conduct speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing evaluations Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based methods Build individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals Provide therapy to improve speech clarity, language skills, cognition, communication, and swallowing function Educate patients and families on therapy goals, strategies, exercises, and home carryover Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and on time Collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, and other members of the care team Manage an outpatient caseload while maintaining strong patient-centered care Stay current on best practices, techniques, and required certifications What They're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist BLS certification, or ability to obtain New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Open to candidates relocating to the Williston area Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Compassionate, patient-focused communication style Organized and dependable with strong documentation habits Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment For experienced
