Speech Therapist Williston | $70,000-$80,000 salary Full-time | Onsite About the Opportunity We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization that delivers high-quality outpatient care in a supportive, patient-first environment. They're hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a collaborative clinical team and work with a diverse patient population—helping individuals improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing function. This is a strong fit for an SLP who's compassionate, clinically sharp, and wants a stable full-time role with excellent benefits, real teamwork, and the resources to do the job the right way. What You'll Be Doing Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for patients across the life span. Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based methods. Build individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Deliver therapy interventions to improve speech clarity, language skills, cognition, and swallowing function. Educate patients and families on goals, strategies, and home carryover for continued progress. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and on time. Collaborate closely with providers across the care team (physicians, nursing, OT, etc.). Stay current on best practices, techniques, and certifications to maintain high clinical standards. What They're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). BLS certification (or ability to obtain). 2+ years of speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome). Strong knowledge of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Confident communicator who works well in a team-based environment. Patient-focused, empathetic, and professional—able to be direct when needed. Organized and able to manage a full outpatient caseload with strong documentation habits.
